I have agreed to their settlement (you can google my threads and see if interested) but now they want check over the phone and from what I read that is a no way with them anyhow, they are third party so not like one of major banks.
They are not giving me their address and/ or email and I think that is against the law.
I told them I won't do it unless they send something to me in writing. Does anyone have their mailing address. I have the name of guy I am dealing with and want to send a letter to validate he is who he says he is first.

I do have an address, but I wouldn't send them anything of a lesser amount without something in writing from them agreeing to acceptance of this.
