There probably are safe ds companies but knowing which ones they are for your circumstances now and in like three years is the tough part. Since they get paid first it takes longer to settle. Will that company defend you in court if you are sued by your creditors. There are so many things that can come up unexpectedly that I think that is why so many people end up disatisfied.
