John P Frye and Atlantic Credit

Hello all:
I had a cc charge off and was purchased by Atlantic Credit. I just got a letter from John P Frye trying to collect from them. I'm going to send my debt validation letter, but I know I'll eventually get to negotiating a settlement with them.
I was wondering what your experience has been trying to settle with them.
What percentage were you able to settle for?
I was able to settle my other ccs before charge off, but I just didn't have the money to settle this one (B of A) before charge off. Thanks all.

First, take out your credit report to see the status of that acc
First, take out your credit report to see the status of that account. Then, send the DV letter to the Law Offices of John P Frye. Get everything in writing. Just fyi, John P Frye is a notorious law firm and has once been sued in Colorado. Be aware!!!
