Help navigating sign in and new threads

start a new thread!!! I click on the new thread at the top the debt consolidation/debt settlement forum and nothing happens....I have started new threads before.....I must be doing something wrong. Also, I try to sign on with my password, but it never recognizes it and so I end up signing up as unregistered. I seem to have a hard time navigating this board although I love you guys adn love the work you do. Any suggestions? I have been on other boards....I'm not totally a novice, but seem to have difficulty with new threads and signing in!!! thanks for any help!!!!


After clicking on debt consolidation/settlement forum tab click on the Ask Question button (top right). Post message and Submit New Thread.

Regarding your query related to password, make sure you are using the right one. Btw you posted with your ID here. :)

Press Ctrl F5 before signing in our forums or before posting messages if you face any loading problem.

thanks Jason.....at times I seem to have the right password and can sign in and other times I think I use the same password and I cannot sign in......I will email you ...thank you...I cannot get my PMs since I am not signed in........thanks again for your patience Jason!!! Maybe all the debt has finally gotten to me...debtor in CA

Jason.....all of the sudden, I am able to log in...I truly do not understand it.....I saw your "members only" can you see it thread and clicked on it...it asked me to sign in and to give my password and this time it worked...doesn't make sense does it????? any ideas? I post on other boards and never have a problem.
I am a little confused as to why I can sign in sometimes, but most of the time I cannot??
I will try Ctrl F5....again, never had a problem before....
