He would mail me a reciept 12 days later after he receives a notorized letter from me with my bank account information. |

This is total crap. I been getting these calls since 2008 and I have no loans. Ignore them and do not be scared.
As for the federal charges, you definitely need to call your BK lawyer and see what you are protected from under the Bankruptcy. My assumption is the call is from a bottom feeding CA that got hold of your information. If the PDLs you had were included and the letters were sent correctly by the BK attorney, then you should not have anything to worry about.

Yes, he said that these people shouldn't be contacting me that it is agains the law. The guy was so convincing and scary, instincts say scam. He's been calling off the hook this morning, not answering the calls.
