Certified Letter

So I sent my DV letters via certified mail. I have received my electronic confirmation that one was delivered and signed for. The other one seems to still be floating out there somewhere. What do I do if the other is considered undeliverable?

Does anyone have an email address for Alliance Asset Management? The original loan was with Sure Advance, but undoubtedly they have handed it over. I did receive a dunning letter from them and I am afraid that once they get their letter they are going to claim that it is outside the 30days even though it was clearly mailed within the 30.... Then what??
