harassing calling

someone by the name of Pete from their company keeps calling my home looking for people who dont even live here. I have asked my phone comapny and they said they could of had the number before, they will not stop calling me-I am wondering if this is harrassment and should call our attorney.

Next time they call get name, address and phone number. Then tell them to put your number on their "do not call list". If they call again then google "Do not Call complaint and you will be instructed on how to file complaint. Lawyer will just cost you.
