Ok so One Click Cash called me today. My origianl loan amount was for $300 and I have not paid anything back on the loan so I know I owe them the entire principal amount. (I am in KY and internet loans are illegal here). Anyway, they said that they would settle for $390 if I would call with a prepaid card today to set up payment arrangements. I explained that I would only pay back the $300 since the loan is illegal in my state. They said that since I went out on the web I entered Nebraska to get my loan.... UGH!! She was actually very nice so I didn't want to be ugly and I didn't have time to argue, I was at work. If I don't call back before 1EST then I forfeit the $390... but I shouldn't have to pay the extra $90... I don't want to be greedy by insisting that I am only going to pay the $300, I just want them to go away!! Of course they also said it I would pay in full today then I could only pay $330. I can't pay today I need to set up a payment plan, so I don't end up back in the same whole that it has taken me two months to dig out of. So now what, do I let the time pass on the offer and start from scratch or do I just go with the $390? Any advice??

They will have to eat that $90 fee, loan is ILLEGAL.
