The office just called me. I am in IL and they said internet loans are just like you went to there state and got the loans. So whatever you signed it is what it is and has to be paid. Interest and all. This doesnt make much sense to me. Still gonna fight it with them though.

yes who did you talk to as i have talked with the IL AG alot,and that goes totally against what they have been telling me as well.

don't know,but alot of bottomfeeders spoof caller id and claim to be things they are not.i wish brenda would let me know who from the AG'S office said this.am looking into blowing in a call myself to be sure.

similar thing happen to me your right..only difference is that I initiated the phone call and the lady at the DE AG office provided me with the wrong info. She later called me that day after she spoke to her superiors and apologized and told me that she was in fact wrong. I have since with the help of the DE AG office recieved a refund and a PIF. Something sounds fishy about this, definately!
