Are you sure??? As per my knowledge, internet PDL companies are required to be licensed by the state of Illinois and they should follow the PDL laws of Illinois. What you've posted is in total contrast to what I know.

Is this possible that such contrasting info can come from AG's office itself???? What steps can be taken against such informers??? Any idea.

don't know,but alot of bottomfeeders spoof caller id and claim to be things they are not.i wish brenda would let me know who from the AG'S office said this.am looking into blowing in a call myself to be sure.

ballplayersmom.i seem to recall the same verbage used in one of your posts.i just smell a bottomfeeder using the AG'S office to BS people.
similar thing happen to me your right..only difference is that
similar thing happen to me your right..only difference is that I initiated the phone call and the lady at the DE AG office provided me with the wrong info. She later called me that day after she spoke to her superiors and apologized and told me that she was in fact wrong. I have since with the help of the DE AG office recieved a refund and a PIF. Something sounds fishy about this, definately!
