Applied Bank, Tribute , Target, and Merrick credit cards has anyone settled these on there own

Hi there I am trying to settle debts with these cards and I was wondering if anyone else has settle with them. .I have talked with Tribute with a 50% settlement, and Applied with a 70% settlement in a lump sum, which I don't have. I have settled my HSBC accounts for 40 and 30% of the balance owed and did them in 3 payments. I am afraid to call target and merrick. But the guy in india will not budge with the tribute. I am thinking of letting it go to collections. Any help would be appreciate on any experience you have had.

You can atleast try to talk to all other creditors (banks) for the settlements. Once they agree to your request, get the settlement agreements in writing.
