I have three account with Navy all maxed out, never 30+ days but one payment behind. THey took a bunch of expenses infor and such and she told me then and there Navy would do a 12 month program on each card and payment would be 1% and rate would be 6 points lower to 8%. This would end up being $645 per month being paid out with only $235 going to principal.

I stated I am working with other creditors who ARE doing 0% with me for 12 months. and she stated you can't compare apples to oranges. I said I'll have to think about it. The more I think the more I see BK7 in the works. They made ALOT of money in interest last year plus what they are making me pay now; can I say"look, NAVY already made money off me last year, now drop me to 1% or leave me alone

Any thoughts? I only found one NAVY story where lawyer was used and they got 5 years 0%

Welll I waited and got a fed-ex letter one shet that says

"Navy is in the process of filing a civil suit against you to collect your outstanding credit card balance....." " to settle this you must remit $1,200 to repay the loan....." SO I guess they want their 3 months worth of payments now! I have three accounts, so I am further guessing I should be receiving a new letter for account #2 and then my overdraft.
