NAFS rip offs

National Action Financial Services has been calling our home number about a loan that someone else took out and they gave our phone number as a reference no.
NAFS has called many times stating that they are going to file charges on the person that took out the loan and gave them our phone no.They insist that I give them an account no. I did not take out any loan therefore I do not have an account no.I have tried to tell NAFS this and the people in the office tell me I am being rud,they say they will remove our phone no. from thier calling list they have not done so. I called the Better Business Bureau they told me National Action Financial Services has had a lot of complaints filed against them,that National Action Financial Services has an F rating.The AG in NY sued them and fined them for thier practices in 07 and the company is still giving people trouble.I have tried to clarify the problem with NAFS and they say that they will connect me to one person when they transfer me they transfer my call to a answering machine that asks for a phone no. and an account no.Seems like there is no dealing with this company.When I spoke to the Better Business Bureau they said that the BBB would send me some forms to file with them and to send to NAFS.If you get a call from this company call your local Better Business Bureau and report them. Hopefully this company will stop harrasing people.They've been getting away with it for a long time as you can see if the NY AG fined them and sued them in 2007.

You need to send NAFS a written cease and desist letter via CMRRR. Only way you can stop them.
