If you owe any collections these payday companies will take your bank information and put transactions through to try to get money out of your account.

I borrowed 200.00 dollars from PDYSERVICES.com on 09/03/2010, since then they have taken 6 (six) payments of 55.00 my bank wont dispute until i can contact the company but all I get is recordings telling me they dont have me on file. I live in oklahoma.

I inquired about a payday loan from PDY services, and decided not to take it. Now, I keep getting calls from them telling me that I owe them money that I never received, and that they are forwarding my info to their legal department. I have bank statements to prove that I never received money from them. Has anyone else had similar problems?

I received a loan for $200 from PDY Services, which I paid back on the due date and now I am getting scam calls from fake Legal Account Association trying to get money from me. PDY must have sold all my information to them because this foreign scam is somewhere out of this country and scamming a lot of people. I am going to track down PDY Services and try to go after them for giving out my social security #, birth date, work phone #, and cell #. Just a heads ups.....do not use this company for anything!
