also got a letter from first national from a creditor that i havent heard from n over a yr. isnt there some kinda law stating that if you dont rec. ne correspondence within 365 days on a del. account u r no longer resp. for it? and since they are not reg. with bbb should i just contact the orginal creditor or a lawyer? lol

Nope...no such law. Each state has an SOL which states who long you can legally be sued thru the courts. Even once that SOL has expired, you still owe they debt, they just cant take you to court.
