CC Settlement -What to get in writing?

I'm over 90 days late on CC debt with Citi and USAA and have been getting settlement offers from both. In negotiating settlement, what wording should I try to get them to include in their written offer?

they will have a standard settlement offer letter....they wont c

they will have a standard settlement offer letter....they wont change it. From my experience, settlement letters are authorized by the client (creditor) and are pretty well set in stone.
