I need to know how can I stop an online payday company called yellowdale.com. They are charging interest on a $200 loan and the interest in $532. And the only form of payment is ACH i know its got to be another way. And how can I find out if they are illegal in my state. I did close my old checking account and open me a new one that they don't have access to. Some advice please Thanks

You have done the first step. You also need to send them a letter voiding the voluntary wage assignment and give a copy to your payroll dept.
How much have you paid. If they are illegal, you do not owe them more than the principal.

I haven't paid anything to them, but I tried to work out other payment method such as I told them that Iwould send them a moneygram, or money order they said the only way is by ACH that they collect. So I don't know anything else to do. I lost my job back in June and my hrs was reduce previous to me losing my job.

They appear to be in Malta so that would probably make them illegal. If you have paid more than the $200, tell them to pound sand...they aint getting anymore.
