I am sick and tired of getting denied personal loans, I don't know about anyone else. And I'd really like to refinance my mortgage into something other than an ARM. Anyone else having trouble with this stuff?

I think you must be 2 years post discharge in order to get a mortgage, maybe 4 years now. Banks are really strict these days with everyone.
