When I googled this number I found this is one of those companies who tells you they're going to serve you a summons for check fraud. Sounds like one of the many scams going around. I called their number and all you get is someone named "John" telling you to leave him your name, ss# and your phone number so he can call you back and tell you what agency is handling your claim.
SCAM!!!!
