I am just going to put it this way stop calling me and hanging up the phone!!! If you want information from me, your going to have to give some information up first. Don't just ask for my last 4 and when I don't give it to you get mad!!! I'm all about paying my bills and what not but the way ER handles the customers is horrible!

Also if a CA is calling you, verifying by your the last 4 digits is commonplace. By law they cannot disclose information without verifying the correct party.
