BOA, Hanna & assoc, and me

I used to have an MBNA Visa, that switched to BOA when they merged. I had a balance that I was unable to pay (approx 16000), and eventually the debt was charged off. Then Hanna and assoc got in touch with me. Around this time I started a new career and was able to make payments. So I paid 400 per month for 6 months and 600 per month for the last 6 months to Frederick Hanna and assoc. I was actually happy with the arrangement, interest and fees were stopped and I'd have it paid off next year.
Today I got a call from Hanna saying BOA was going to recall my account. And if I couldn't settle now, I would prob b looking at additional fees added by BOA, and that they would send my account to a new collection company
I'm not sure what to do, I don't have the money to settle, the 600/ month I pay now leaves me very short. The balance is currently around 9500. Any advice any has would be greatly appreciated.
