I recently moved states and I just received a letter from RJM at my place of work. I am not even full time, just a temp that moves from location to locations. This is embarassing to say the least. I believe this debt is well beyond the SOL. Is there any way to have mail sent o my my home address and not the different places I work?

Yes, you can request RJM to stop sending you mails at work. However, before you can do anything with this account check out if the Statute of Limitations (SOL) on this debt has expired.

No, first thing she does is demand a change of address WITH a cease and desist....who cares about the SOL. RJM has reasonable knowledge that mail that is going to a job is going to be opened by others. When I was collecting, we were very careful about any communications going to a debtors work place.
