Does anybody have any experience with dealing with them. I have a visa account with a $10,600 balance, which is about 130 days late. They haven't really wanted to settle with me at all until now, they just offered a 50% reduction, whereas prior they only had offered 25-30% reductions. Just wondering if this is in the ballpark of how much they reduce. Thank you.

I personally haven't dealt with them. However, through debt settlement the outstanding debt amount lowers by 40-60%. So, finally you have got a good offer. Get the agreement in writing.
