Does any one know the laws in Missouri on payday loans because im starting to sink

Hang on, someone with more knowledge than I will be along to help you; in the meantime, look at the "stickies" on the payday loan help portion of this forum, they have state laws posted. What payday loan company(s) do you have loans with, how much did you borrow, and how much have you paid back?

First of all, please list the following information so we can help you.
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

Missouri requires Internet payday lenders to be licensed by your state, see the link below to review your payday loan laws,

Did you check and see if any of these are licensed? I don't think they are, so, I wouldn't pay a company to help you resolve this because illegal lenders do not negotiate fairly or honestly! CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
