Pre-Employment background check

I'm beginning to panic! My husband is in the final interview process for a new job. We just were emailed paperwork for a Drug Test, DMV check, and background check. The company that will be doing the background check is hireright. My only concern is his credit. Its is not very good, but he doesn't have BK, forclosure, or judgements. This is for an outside sales position with a company car. Has anyone experienced this company before? Do you think this will prevent him from getting the job?

Most companies run your credit report to see if you have fraud charges. I have a horrible credit report but had no problem passing a background check for my job (at a bank). He'll probably be fine.
