can i not be allowed to file bk. i have gambling issue alot of withdraws from bank account , but no more then 300.00 at a time like once a week. but now i quit gambling and need to file bk and get back on track !!! help ??????

I don't think you will get disqualified to file bankruptcy on the basis of your gambling background. All debts incurred due to gambling are dischargeable through bankruptcy unless the creditor objects to it.
