payday loan help needed....

i am from california. and i have like 7 payday loans that are past due..i lost my job and have no way of paying them..they are all either threatening to take me to collections or garnish my wages..i am so stressed.
the companys are:

greatskycash
speedycash
moneytree

can this effect my credit at all..can they take me to court???

Cashnetusa is a legal lender but they offer an extended payment plan, you will need to ask for it though. The problem is, you will need to close your account because of the illegal lenders you do have, otherwise, your account will never be safe again. But, you will need to make those payment arrangements with Cashnetusa via the mail, tell them your account has been compromised so you had to close it and have no other choice but to pay them through the mail with money orders until you can get your affairs in order.
