Ohio PDL laws requires the internet PDL companies to be licensed
Ohio PDL laws requires the internet PDL companies to be licensed in their state. this means that all the internet PDLs have to be licensed in Ohio to be legal. Moreover, the companies will all be governed by the PDL laws of your state.

Okay, I looked for licenses in my state and the only one that I found on the site was Cashnet Usa. My other internet PDLs I have not found a license but I have been making multiple payments of fees, are those supposed to apply towards my balance since the others arent licensed? Also is it true that Ohio does not allow rollovers? Also should I close out my account and open a new one with my bank so that the PDLs will quit bleeding my account?

I want to make you aware that there are some loan companies who operate as CSO's in Ohio and are not required to follow the payday loan laws, it would be in your best interest to look over these contracts and find out if the loans you were issued were payday loans, or small loans.

By the way, Internet payday lenders are not legal in the state of Ohio. Cashnetusa is registered as a CSO (Credit Service Organization), they do offer an extended payment plan, but you will need to ask for it. I will be back with more information about these lenders shortly, I need to do some research first.
Criminal action is prohibited in Ohio, so if I were you, I would close my account until you can get your finances under control and plan a course of action to pay these off, if they are indeed legal.

Thank you very much Shazzers I appreciate your help. So I should ask Cashnet for the extended payment plan and what should I do with the illegal/unlicensed "organizations"?

Unless any of these lenders are installment loans, or personal loans, they are not legal.

Nope, don't negotiate with illegal lenders, you hold the cards, tell them they will get payments from you when you can afford it, via the mail. Read the following thread, it will guide you through the process step by step:

Remember, do not let any of these lenders know what your plans are until your bank account is closed, otherwise, they will hit your account with HUGE debits. Always close your account first, before you do anything else. Just make darn sure that their contract states they are payday loans and not installment lenders. All you owe them is the principal amount you borrowed, they are not entitled to fees and interest. So you can deduct any money you have already paid them.

I already have another account open with another bank so that works out for me pretty good. In your opinion, would it be a good idea to open up another account with my current bank? Or would that be too risky?

So I just called the bank in order to close my account and they said that I cant close it due to it being in the negative. So then I asked the lady to issue a hard hold on my account to prevent unauthorized withdrawls and she said that she wasnt allowed to do than neither because I authorized the pdls to withdraw from my account eventhough I stated to her that I am withdrawing authorization, she said if I deny the Pdls authorization and they continued to withdraw that I should file a police report. Guess I will go to my job and fill out the forms to have my direct deposit sent to my other checking account since this bank is not willing to help me out after multiple years of doing business with them. Any advice on what to do my friends?
