Will BOA help with amount owed,if in hardship

I am about 120 days late, BOA senior account managers have called to work out a plan.
I can afford about $575 with help from family , but over 60 months (whick they say is the limit) I am about 4500 short of my balance.
Will they work with me and lower the balance 4500 to get most of thier money back, 1500 of that is added interest and late fees also

Mike, it is not possible to answer to this. You can't be sure that Bank of America will agree to lower the balance. Again they may consider your offer depending on your income.

Almost everyone seems to receive a settlement offer that is spilt into 3 monthly installments after you are 120-150 days late. If you cannot get that money together, you will have to see what else they will do.
