Pay day loan debt

i owe a pay day loan company $802.00. The legal dept. of this company has threatened to send the police to my home & have me arrested if I do not fax them a letter authorizing them to take $200 bi-weekly from my checking account by 5 PM EST. I am currently unemployed & only receive $195 in weekly unemployment compensation. I explained this to the company's legal representative, but he seemed not to care at all. What CAN I DO?

Can you tell the name of the PDL company? Are you sure they are legal in your state? No one can send police and arrest you for PDL loans. It seems they are using these scare tactics so that you agree to their demands.
