Please tell us which state you reside, the amount you borrowed and the amount you have paid back. We will be able to help you better.

They may not even be licensed to lend in your state, if that's the case, no negotiating would be necessary, more like demands from you. But in order to make that determination more information is needed:
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

Actually, I think it may have been an installment loan from about 3 years ago. I'm not sure - but I was going though a very bad divorce, payday loans and loans at that time and I may have completely missed this one when I closed my bank account. I just received a letter from Underwood Law office referencing this "Quick Click Loans". I haven't heard anything until now. So, before I start talking with them, I am trying to gather as much information of "how to deal" with them beforehand. I know when I open dialogue, I need to know a little something. I am from Missouri and I'm really trying my best to get everything taken care of.

If you have received a letter of collection, then you need to request they validate the debt. That's what i would do. You only have 30 days from the date of the letter to request debt validation.

Yes - that is my first course of action. I just would like to see if anyone has dealth with them in collections before.
