How do you get these people to STOP calling my house? They arnt even looking for me (my mom) is who they are after. After telling them everything I know about her whereabouts, they still call twice a day sometime 3 times a day.

Is it a CA who is calling you? If it is, then tell them that you're going to file against them with the FTC for violating FDCPA rules. As per the FDCPA, a debt collector can call the relatives of the borrower once to get the address details of the borrower.
File a case against them with the FTC and your states' Attorney General.
