Yes Citibank and Citicorp are the same bank but different divisions I believe. I have never had a home depot card but you can do a search from the search box up at the top right and see if others have posted about it.

I settled yesterday. they will transfer the money on Friday. I made them fax the settlement letter to me before transferring any money. Balance was $3173 and they agreed to settle for $1483 I was coming up on 5 months past due.

did they call you with the offer or did you call them? if you called them; what number did you call? congrats on you settlement! just makes me think, there is hope...

home depot doesnt seem to call they just keep sending letters saying that our payment is late and if we are having problems paying to call them and when i do call the best i have gotten them to is 70%. since they dont call, will they mail offers fro settlement or should i keep calling when i recieve these letters???

any advice here??? do i call or wait???

I would either call them or send them a counter offer letter in response.
