On 8/13/10 I received a phone call from CA regarding a credit card debt, they claimed they have sent letter to me regarding this debt (which I never received), I told them I can't talk need to call them back. I came across this forum while I do some research about this, I turned around and call them ask for their address and sent a letter of debt validation by certified mail on 8/16/10. What should I do if the debt validation comes back validate? What should I do next?

Capital One rarely sells their accounts...they prefer to sue. T
Capital One rarely sells their accounts...they prefer to sue. Thus the CA should easily be able to validate.

The original creditor was Credit One bank, the collection agency said their client is MSW Capital LLC who has purchsed the default account from Credit One Bank has authorized them to settle on this account. Thank you.
