No, no lawfirm can freeze your bank accounts without winning a lawsuit against you. This is illegal. You should file complaints with the State Attorney General. Also notify your bank about this.

Thank you for the reply. I had filed today with the county clerks office a response to the complaint they filed against me and mine was date and time stamped and I made sure I sent this firm a copy registered and certified mail. The clerk said this law firm is always in there office making complaints and they 2 have heard they are very dirty and shady.. they had nothing good to say about these people like ive seen on the net. I will retain a lawyer should it go any further for sure, ive kept all my bills paid for years and when I saw this paper work I was stunned. I also went to my bank and notified them to watch for these people and any attempts im to be notified asap. The person that brought me the paper work was very rude to my wife out in the driveway, but when I walked out they turned mouse, im 6'2" 280 lbs and dont like what ive seen or read about these people on the net and wish I knew it before hand. I just may drive to there office and make sure they get a copy of my paperwork 2 let them know some of us general publics wont get pushed around.
Thanks again.
