Why should you want to let this account charge-off? This is going to damage your credit. You can rather try balance transfer if you have good credit. There are many credit card companies offering balance transfer at 0% introductory rate.

well don't get defensive,it was a good question.btw i am starting my battle with this scam card.they are very difficult to deal with.i'm finding that out now.let me know how this works out for you.i'll do the same.

Well I let this debt charge off I had with them and it has been over 2 months and I have not heard a word from the company or who bought it. I also have not gotten sued at this point. I don't even know who owns applied bank card now, I heard they were in a lawsuit themselves. Just waiting but I will let you know if a settlement offer comes in.
