GC is just AMEX in disguise!

I received a settlement offer from GC on August 5, offering a $1,670 savings on my overdue AMEX bill. I called AMEX who denied any association with them on August 8. When I called GC today Aug 18, 2 separate calls confirmed my fears that they are AMEX 's scam. GC (AMEX) said my account was turned over to AMEX for non payment.Yea.

Somebody at amex doesnt know what the heck they are talking aboiut. GC services is definately not amex.....they handle accounts third party for amex as a collection agency.
