Harassment calls to a relative

No matter how often I tell "Lisa" or "Mrs Johnson" or any number of males, the phone calls never stop. The person they want does not live with me or even in this state. The relative says the problem has been resolved with the credit card company but MRS wo't give up. I have reported them to the State of Florida Attorney General's Office.

The state AG's wont do anything because you have not done what is required by law. You need to send a cease and desist in writing to the agency first. Send it certified mail, return receipt requested so you have proof they received it.
