This is another scam. No debt collector will call you and tell you that you'll get arrested. just ignore their calls. You can file case against them with the local police authorities and your states' Attorney Generals' office.

This number is associated with LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC in New Jersey. I think you should ask them to stop calling you if you are sure that you have no such debt which you may owe to them.
