I live in PA and i got some pdl loans all online here is a list of them and hope someone can tell me what to do.

Elastic got 300 have paid 532

star cash got 300 have paid 860

sgq 150 have paid 315

titan llc- 200 have paid 360

magnum got 300 have paid 358.92

gs finance 275 paid 345

beacon got 200 paid 267

they all are still debiting my account i closed my account last week and am in need of some help

You'll need to follow the advice in the link I provided. You'll be sending letters/emails to the lenders and requesting refunds and paid in full letters. You also need to file your complaints with the BBB, state's AG and FTC. They'll argue with you but stick in there. They are wrong and will eventually leave you alone.
