I live in GA and have gotten into the pdl nightmare. Currently owe Great Sky-300 Lakota Cash-300 Elastic -400 FBD-700 How do I find out if these are legal in GA and the letters to send to stop the checking withdrawals?

You can't stop the withdrawals! You need to close your account or have it placed on deposit only status. I do not believe any of these lenders are legal in GA but they will still go after you! You have a moral obligation to pay back what you borrowed regardless of there legaity.

First Bank of Delaware offers installment loans and they don't have to follow PDL laws. You have to pay them as per your contract agreement with them. Great Sky and Lakota are illegal. Do as advised by Frogpatch and then, send them a letter stating that you've revoked ACH authorizations. Tell them that you want to pay the actual amount borrowed since you are morally obligated.
