is there a class action suit against this company / I was approached over the phone caller indicated to me that sheriff would be coming to my home to arrest my husband cause a civil suit has been filed by these people. Does anyone have any helpful info for us

Did you obtain a loan from Cash Call?
You do realize that Cash Call is not a payday lender, correct?
