My husband is being sued by Michael J Scott , who is representing a collection agency , who is also representing Citibank ( in my husbands case he never had a Citibank credit card so they might have bought that account from some other credit card account my husband had ,who knows) I am in the process of typing up a response as well as sending out a verification of debt to there p o box number they provided on the law suit. This person can not even be honest and provide a proper address in order to be served himself. I believe if enough of us file a complaint against him with the consumer board of Texas it would place him on a bad list, the same list he gives to others who want to hire him to deal with unethical harassment by collection agency. Talking about being two faced, Michael J Scott is! :rolleyes:

You should be able to go to the State Bar that regulates attorney's and obtain his mailing address very easy.
