assigment of alleged trust asset

Please let me know what is my statue of limitation as I was assigned bu the courts and (assigment) for possible what I think is an asset to my dads trust.
Grandaughter is claiming the house to be hers my dad gave it to her and I had suspected fraud. Therefor all other heirs belived her expect myself and the courts assigned me to prove different IS IT TWO YEARS FROM TIME OF DEATH> OR TWO YEARS FROM FINAL SETTLEMENT/DISTRIBUTION OF THE TRUST.
