Just some advice if you???re looking for a reputable debt settlement company. Any company that you speak to needs to be accredited through U.S.O.B.A which stands for the United States organization for bankruptcy alternatives. (www.usoba.org) They offer clients the highest level of protection in the debt settlement industry. If they are not an accredited member of USOBA then they are not legit as many debt settlement companies are. If you would like me to go over your financial situation please feel free to contact me. There is NO need to hire a settlement company, in my experience. Most of the creditors would prefer to work with the customer and it is usually very straightforward to do this. Additionally, if you handle it yourself you retain control over your destiny and keep the ability to adjust your plan as the need to do so comes to light.
