internet PDLs in Missouri

I've been reading these threads and I'm having trouble figuring out Missouri law. It looks like a PDL has to be licensed by Missouri to lend in Missouri. I can't find the following lenders on the state regulator's website:
Ameriloan
United Cash
Cash Jar
Paycheck Today

any help/guidance appreciated!

There are 2 companies with the name of Paycheck today. The one named Paychecktoday is situated in Miami and is not licensed to lend in your state. The other one is Paycheck Today or yourpaychecktoday which is located in Missouri.
