I have a letter from the plaintiff in a case asking the court to void a judgment against me and affidavit requesting the court to void judgment and asking the credit report agenies to remove negative history. Is this enough for credit to remove from my credit?

what is the negative history that you are trying to remove? Are you trying to have the public record of the judgment removed or the reporting of the specific account that went delinquent to prompt the suit.
If a mistake was made or an agreement entered into with the Plaintiff, then you should be able to dispute the negative info. If the Plaintiff responds to the dispute and the CRA won't remove it, then you can follow up with the documentation that you have. The creditor may not even respond to the CRA about the dispute and the negative entry could fall off without the documentation.
