It sounds like a bogus name to me, if they are legit then they shouldn't be reluctant to provide you with a valid phone number and physical address, if they refuse then it's most likely a scam. By the way, NEVER admit to owing a debt to a voice on the phone, in fact, NEVER give them ANY information. A legit collection firm or collection agency will send you a letter of collection via the mail, it's the law.

I just talked to Micheal Fuller. I called him Michael FULL O SH*T! He laughed. I said they were a scam and he told me it Obama's freedom of information or some crap like that. But he called back and I said I was an attorney and he laughed. I demanded I be transferred to there American office. He transferred me to Michael Jones another Indian. I said I don't want to talk to you Indian Packistanis. He said he was going to call my employer, tell them I am fraud and terminate me. I said I'll be waiting for court papers. He then went into my references - I hung up.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THE HABBA DABBAS.
If your intent is to "game" them and get them to slip up on their script, it's a wasted effort. They have all the info they need to steal your identity if that was truly their intent. It is much more of a coup on their part to get you to voluntarily send them money to pay down a debt that wasn't even there to begin with. Your authorization takes away many of the rights and remedies you would have in normal cases of fraud.
Change your bank account. Change your phone numbers. Alert your friends and family and place of employment. File a credit freeze with the three bureaus ($10 a piece or no charge if you filed a police report for identity theft) and be done with these people.

Hi OP, this is another member of the SCAM company. I wonder why these scam companies use words like "Legal' and 'Federal' in their names. Don't give a damn to their calls and you must file the case against them with your local police. But try to get the phone number.

The people that are calling you will not stop if you block their number. They will simply take out another prepaid cellphone or VoIP account and call you from a new line. (Or use spoofing tools to make it appear they are calling from another phone line) It's best to simply change your number if you have the capacity to do so - otherwise these callers will simply find a way to contact you again and attempt to extort money from you.

Your best bet is to ignore them. Do not answer their calls. Do not allow them to intimidate you. If you argue with them, you'll just fuel the fire and they'll continue to call. If they have no one to argue with, they will eventually give up and leave you alone.
