i have been without a job since nov, 09..and all my cc have been discharged except for one.......
i just got a job, and i need a car...$2600.......will be nov or dec before i can save that....can i hold the credit card companys off till them...and start a debt settlement with them? it would be about a yr without them getting anything.. they call everyday, one stated the other day they might have to try to collect...what are my options

what i meant credit card companys have wrothe them off...probably in collections now.....i have been telling them that i have not had in job in the past which was true....now i got a job..but need a car for work.....
