Debt Eliminatioin is it a scam?

Please help. Has anyone heard of or had any dealings with Doug Johnson from Relieveyourdebt.com? He is now promoting a debt elimination program through negotiable instruments and I just can't decide if it is a scam or not. I know there is one thread on here about him, please don't direct me to that. I've already read it. It didn't help me much. Thank you!

any debt elimination/termination program is a scam.look at FDRS(federal debt relief system)these places sucker people in on the premise that all debt,and i mean all debt is illegal.don't fall for it.again anyplace that promises that is a scam.
