I am getting alot of confusing information from this website as I read others posts. not that i have borrowed from Tremont financial but it says on here they are illegal but yet they have a tendency to sue. as another person stated I do believe his name is Mr. California is also being sued by an illegal payday lending company. Also the Payday loan Ace Cash Services company seems to be very aware of the illegal lending template some of us have sent to them to revoke ACH and wage garnishmnets they seem to be well aware that this is a letter is genarated via this website. I have filed my complaints to the New Hampshire Banking dept and such and they are absolutly no help at all. I also have wondered about QXL online I did have a loan thru them and it states on a post on here that they are not the lender but yet there name is on my bank statemnet and I applied thru there website. I guess I am just a little worried I was so excited when I first started reading others posts but then they seem to be so confusing at times I have lost all hope that this will be over for me. is there anyone who can clarify any of this? I live in New Hampshire and have found all of the loans I Have out to be illegal all internet based three out of the 6 I considered to be paid off as I have paid back the amount I borrowed the others I have sent them emails stating no address no payment only two will cooporate the others I have not heard much from but I am sure I will soon.

Many illegal lenders threaten to sue to scare you into giving them money. People who aren't educated regarding this tactic, sometimes fall for it and lose out.

Many of the illegal lenders troll this board for information. They are well aware of us.

I'm curious about QXL as well. On their site, they claim that they do not make loans but are a 3rd party who help consumers find loans. So, if they're actually lending the money and collecting it, I find that to be rather odd. Maybe a diversionary tactic.

The people on this site are extremely helpful and full of wonderful information to help you get out of the PDL trap. Don't lose your excitement. Follow the advice offered here and you won't be sorry.

I made aloan with QXL and they seem to be taking money out of my account on dates that I have not approved, making things very bad for me and my bank, I now have lots of bank payments for inssufficiant funds, now they are calling me on my job after I asked them not to call me there and gave them a private number. If they sue they won't get anything Idon't make enough money as it is...Wish I never borrowed. Is ACH- QXL online one company or two becacuse I have seen those two together making a charge from my account and just QXL online taking money as well. I can't cover all these different charges and when is my payments over? I feel they have me by the neck!
